What we are

Housing with structure, not a treatment program

Sober living works because it removes the thing that most often derails early recovery: an unstable place to live. We provide the home, the standards, and the community. You bring the willingness — and keep working your own program with your own providers.

01

A drug- and alcohol-free home

No substances on the property, no exceptions. Testing is random and part of living here, so everyone can trust the environment they come home to.

02

Standards everyone follows

Curfew, chores, house meetings, guest rules, and quiet hours are written down in the resident handbook and applied the same way to every resident.

03

Peers who hold the line

The strongest accountability in a sober home comes from the people in it. Residents support each other daily and a house manager lives alongside them.

Why residents stay

Stability is the whole point

Most people leave treatment with a plan and nowhere safe to carry it out. A recovery residence closes that gap. Ours is deliberately small and deliberately structured — close enough to outpatient programs, jobs, and meetings across the San Fernando Valley that residents can build an ordinary, workable life.

  • Furnished shared rooms in a residential neighborhood
  • Live-in house manager and 24-hour resident support
  • Random, observed drug and alcohol testing
  • Residents on MOUD — methadone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone — are welcome
  • Naloxone on site and an overdose amnesty policy
  • Required meeting attendance and weekly house meeting
  • Work, school, or volunteer expectation after the first two weeks
  • Close to Metro, outpatient programs, and the 101 and 170

How living here actually works

Curfew by phase

Phase 1: 9–11 PM. Phase 2: 11 PM. Phase 3: midnight. Same every night — no later weekend curfew. Written exceptions for approved work schedules.

Testing and searches

Random and for-cause drug and alcohol testing. Rooms, belongings, and vehicles are subject to search. A positive result or a refusal to test ends residency.

Vehicles

No personal vehicle for the first 30 days. Written exceptions for verified employment, a confirmed job offer, school enrollment, or a documented medical or legal obligation.

Cannabis and paraphernalia

Cannabis in any form is prohibited, including products that are legal in California. No paraphernalia of any kind on the property.

Full details are in the resident handbook, which every resident reviews and signs at intake. Read the common questions.
